Viewrope AB is an SME consultancy company based in Luleċ, Sweden. Viewrope's business concept is, with our knowledge and experience of the EU and its development programmes, to offer businesses and organisations services and products, through which they can lower their own project development costs and international activities.
A natural part of Viewrope's business consists of contacts with a large number of companies and regional interests in Europe, generating project ideas for EU-funding. The ideas are developed together with companies and other interests into documented project proposals as a
basis for an application to the appropriate EU-programme.
Viewrope´s aim is to explain, describe and evaluate the use and need of IT in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Viewrope is an experienced player on the European market and has gained valuable experience from earlier FP-projects and knows what it takes to succeed in a project at a European level. Viewrope is part of a large network, called UETP, through this network it has extensive contacts with organisations of various kinds: SME:s, Universities, Research institutes etc. Viewrope will bring into the project its commitment, experience and skills. This together with skilled personnel will produce high quality input to the tOSSad project. Viewrope finds the area of OSS very important since there is a need for less expensive alternatives if Europe as a whole is to continue to evolve in the field of IT.
